Beach Palms Lease Policies
  • Taxes and fees are not included in quoted rates. 11.5% State sales tax, State and local accommodations taxes and fees plus a 8% Reservation Fee are added to all quoted rates for all rentals of less than 90 days.
  • Weeks normally run from Sunday to Sunday.
  • Daily Rates available with a three night minimum stay.
  • Arrival time is between 4 PM and 7PM - Departure time is 10 AM.
  • Renters are responsible for all telephone toll charges and if renting for 1 month or longer, renters are responsible for all utilities (Electric, Gas & Water) except Cable TV.
  • No smoking inside the house.
  • The Wild Dunes Sports Card Program is included with your rental for access to the Wild Dunes Tennis Center, Fitness Center and Club Pools including the Club's Heated Lap Pool.
  • Absolutely no house parties, youth groups, fraternities, weddings, receptions, meetings or parties allowed. We do not rent to students or groups of students under any circumstances, even if a parent or legally responsible adult signs the rental agreement and/or pays the rent. If such a group attempts to occupy, ALL MONIES WILL BE FORFEITED AND THEY WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
