| My Election Prediction | | Date Created: Sep 24, 2004, 05:12 PM |
While US press currently feeds bullshit re: limited Iraqi elections good to go; while US and Iraqi leadership currently get press saying both US war and US elections situations OK; while the administration warns of a domestic US 'terrorist event' designed to spark fear of polling places; and,
while US voters and even the BBC express concern re: US rights on November 2;
I predict on this 24th of September 2004;
California will become another big problem, where long ago the state government was given the private source code for their electronic voting system.
Not an open source software, this in itself presents a problem. The systems are new and numerous, tested and proven to be vulnerable to attack. They are decentralized Microsoft Windows-based machines incompatible even with each other. They are inherently wrong and undemocratic.
Soon after, many other states will report (surprise) electronic election problems.
It will again become apparent, First On Fox, that Bush squeeks by on a narrow margin.
Democrats will be unable to call for a full and complete recount (as they could and should have done four years ago in Florida) because of too many states with 'growing problems' where local dirty partisan post-election politics flip-flop re: our current 'constitution', 'presidency', 'house' and 'senate'.
By December, the press will uncover a common thread linking polling problems in several states eventually favoring Bush, soon leading to claims of 'cyber-terrorism'.
Use an absentee ballot or, while in the booth, your digital camera.
Within the hour, republicans will finger Al-Qaeda and the living Osama bin Ladin as culprits while simultaneously insisting the terrorists ultimately failed their task of unseating Bush, as "the numbers now and will show, you can write it down".
While blaming 'terrorism', republicans, civil servants, election and law enforcement officials from any given state, and in very large numbers, won't admit that from day one the process was again rigged to FAIL to deliver a popular vote (not that that matters). This will be achieved by simply not recording it. 'Displayed' instead will be 'results' of a prerecorded outcome, not dissimilar to Florida fours years past, but with 25 times the number of illegally disenfranchised post-voters and legal votes later denied in any state 'count'.
Further, because 'recovered data will prove' Bush and any republicans he desires in congress were 'elected by the people', first congress and, as needed, the supreme court will again intervene by ruling that, were there any actual full recount or recall possible to prevent 'terrorists' from winning, their ruling shall nevertheless apply to this election only, thereby setting no precedent (again) for future legislation that might upset current election or electoral law, much less the electoral college that has continuously denied the existence of any democracy.
The terrorists are, in this and (other) actual scenarios, US politicians. We are their victims.
I'm over it and out. I will, however, vote for the horse's face. I beg you also vote with your conscience. |
