Swifts new philly cheese steak sandwich with hash browned potatoes.
Not shown: coffee, large orange juice, water.
Needless to say, this particular sandwich is a welcome addition to Swifts verbal menu. I proudly ordered one of the first (if not THE first) Swift's Philly. "You wanna try it?" Theresa had asked, surprised. "Uhuh". Addicted, I came back day after day. I heartily applaud this Philly's innovation.
Like Jimmy's pancake breakfast, Mike's and Jack's Burritos, it will likely be given a macho moniker cementing its concept verbally to the staff. So, I made a formal request, really begging them, to name it the Bike Mike.
Whatever they call it, don't look for this little Philly in the menu. That old rag hasn't changed in fifteen years. |
