You have a Vision... But is it really going to bring the results you expect?

Once upon a time I was working with two companies who serviced the same industry. Both leaders of these businesses had a vision. One wanted to be the LARGEST ad agency in the industry. The other wanted to be the most PROFITABLE training company.

In time they both reached their objectives. One had massive overhead, too many employees and actually managed to lose money on each and every sale they made. The other was bringing a stunning 50% of $25 million dollars a year to the bottom-line.

Here's the take home lesson...

Your purpose, your mission, your objective and your driving passion for your business acts like magnetic north to a compass needle. It will consciously and unconconsciously influence every decsion you and your team make.

So, what do you want your business to become?

Choose wisely...

PS. The company with the "largest" vision modified it to include "profitable" and effected a dramatic turnaround.
