How we print Sokol Blosser Labels
This year we are using a 100% Post Consumer paper to print our labels... here's how it's done...

Our labels use from 4 to 6 colors,
printed with water-based inks...
... and printed using a 100%
post-consumer waste vellum paper.
We start with large rolls entering the press...
With each station adding a particular ink...
... which are cumulative...
... finally assembled as
the fully printed label.
Along the way we emboss in an overall
texture, and die cut them.
We separate the matrix from the labels....
... and mark each roll for quantity.
We also add an emboss to
the S-B logo medallion...
This is accomplished at this embossing press.
Here the labels are fed in for final embossing.
And are round up in preparation
for final slitting and inspection.
... awaiting final application on our bottling line.
