Here's a photo tour of how we print BLV Labels at Tapp Technologies' Portland, Oregon printing plant...

Starting with a large roll of paper...
...to a finished label.
The 10 color press is about 40 feet
long... with 10 ink stations...
The inks often look much
different than they print...

But as the paper progresses,
it add additional colors...
Until we end up with all the inks,
varnishes and die cuts.
So we're done with the
first part of the job.
Next, these master rolls
await holographic foiling.
Here's the copper foiling die,
bright new and shiny...

The Hot Stamp Foiling adds the foil
in the shape of that foil die.
And we have a finished label...
ready for a fine BLV Wine.
