Coming for a Session

Dear Client,

Please fill in the Personal and Health Data Form and read the Policy Agreement. Bring the completed Form to your initial session . We will discuss the Policy Agreement and you can sign a copy of the Agreement at your first session. If you have questions please call me.

If you are coming to see me for the first time at the Maryland Center for Integrative Medicine, come 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete the Center's intake process and Personal Data and Health Screen.

Preparing for Breath and Bodywork Sessions

Effective bodywork can be received in any safe and comfortable state of dress or undress. For TRAGER® work or massage, wearing soft cotton sports clothing is best if you are more at ease briefly clothed. I would suggest bringing a T-shirt and shorts for bodywork sessions. I request that both men and women have on briefs if they are comfortable receiving bodywork undressed. I always use draping with a sheet, uncovering only the body area being worked on.
Breathwork and Reiki are done fully clothed. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes. Please remove jewelry and avoid garments that might restrict full breathing or interfere with bodywork if you request it. I will not work on clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
If you are in therapy or under a doctor's care, I recommend that you inform your therapist or doctor of your intention to do this work.
