Spring rolls 


Another strange usage of Chinese characters. 

On my bill for dinner tonight–a pretty good combination of noodles and chicken shared with Paul as we watched 'Commanding Heights'–the line for our spring rolls (chunbao: 春包, literately "spring rolls") had this next to it:

上海香港

That does not translate into "spring rolls," rather it means "Shanghai, Hong Kong" (shanghaixiangang).

Could someone please explain this to me if it in any way makes sense? I would appreciate it.
