Too much middle eastern in one night on the canyon gave Jim Keeney an idea. He’d buy an old Burger King and re-name it to lure unsuspecting midwestern Falafel lovers into the Falafel cult. Here they’d find ways to turn a perfectly great Canyon trip on it’s head by sneaking in a middle eastern meal night of Falafel, hummus and tabouli. Nothing else - just that.
