Do you want to donate to the North Bend High School football program? You can be part of the "Friends of the Family" by making contributions or by sponsoring an event during the year. What do you receive for your donation? We will give you a thank you letter, your name will appear on the Bulldog Donor page on our website and you will be recognized on our scoreboard during the season. (We know that some do not want recognition, so all of this would be up to you.) To donate you can write a check to North Bend High School and put football program in the memo. If you are donating to an event (see below) or gear, please put that in the memo as well. Also if you would like to volunteer time, feel free write Coach Taylor at ricktaylor@mac.com and let him know what you would like to do. We have needs for the following: filmers, chain crew for JV games, chaperones for certain events, drivers for summer events, stat keepers, and even a few coaching openings. We thank everyone for their faithful support of North Bend athletics, and we will always strive to make you proud of our efforts.

We have a fundraiser that I think you will all enjoy. In fact, it is one of those fundraisers that you can do at

home in your pajamas if you want. Sounds too good to be true, huh. The first week in May will be the kickoff, and you will get a chance to contribute to next years activities, so be ready.

Lady Bulldog Football a Big Success

2008 event raises $600 for football program. Over 50 girls were involved in a knock-down drag-out battle for school supremacy on the evening of May 29. The evening began both team running through the Bulldog tunnel to the strains of the fight school, played by our own NBHS band. Then state qualifier and singer extraordinaire Kelly Coolin sang our national anthem. The Senior/Freshman team scored early in the first quarter, which would have bee enough to win the ball game, since the Junior/sophomore team was shut out on the evening. Stay tuned for more details and some great photos in the next few days. There will be a video/photo DVD for sale for $10.00 for any interested parents or students. All proceeds for the game and DVD's will go to the Bulldog football team. Thank you for everyone's support in the event.
