Weight Training program (one week at a time) We are using
the "Old School" lifting program on the whiteboard in the
weight room. Over 90% of the records currently on the
champions board at my last coaching position were set using
this simple workout. In early August we will do circuit
training twice a week. Once the season starts we will be
doing speed training twice a week and circuit training
twice a week to maintain the strength, endurance, and speed
we built up during the summer.
If you want keep track of your progress there are forms
available from the coaching staff on duty. We also have a
simple form on this website which will help you track your
progress. If you are out of town, you can get information
for your workout and check the website for new info.
