The Sage Project was born on the notion that gaining wisdom and understanding is a life-long project. As such, having a multitude of resources to draw upon is beneficial to our learning. Under the umbrella of The Sage Project, I provide you the opportunity to tap into various resources, such as credible assessment tools for individuals and team, as well as Associates who are proven professionals within their expertise.

In combination with coaching, assessments can be a powerful tool for initiating personal or group change. They can be a simple, accurate and effective way for revealing the information and attributes needed for todays management challenges. Coaching carries the needed structure and support to transform the awareness gained into lasting change.
The Sage Project offers the PREP Profile System as an easy-to-use, fully-validated assessment tool. The Profile was developed by JoAn A. Mann and Robert S. Huston in 1983-84 and is based on the works of many behavioral scientists. Go to http://www.prep-profiles.com for more information.
