We spend most of our lives at work. For most individuals this means interacting and working with others. In some cases, it means leading others. No matter what our situation, being able to communicate and interact effectively is the root of our professionalism and existence. It is like breathing--we all need to do it!
As an alternative to coaching, The Sage Project provides training and facilitation for professionals and organizations to:
* Exemplify common leadership traits
* Create dynamic team interactions and processes
* Develop communication skills
* Improve staff productivity
* Become more effective in time management
* Decrease conflict in the workplace
* Manage and facilitate critical meetings
Highly interactive programs can be developed around the needs of your organization. These customized trainings include working with a team, one-to-one interaction, visual presentations, video clips, role-playing, handouts, and skill building. Follow-up programs and coaching sessions are recommended to help each participant maintain what they gained from the program.

The Sage Project offers a variety of workshops throughout the year. For the most up-date information, click on News & Tips.
