Emerging Leaders (and new coaches) coaching
This coaching is for those advancing into the leadership realm. Typically, sessions are scheduled weekly and take place over the phone for 30 to 40 minutes. I ask the leader to mentally commit to at least 3-4 months of work together so we may build our coaching rhythm and achieve results.

In between phone calls, you will be taking action to move closer to your desired outcomes. In fact, this is where you will most likely achieve your greatest success. Together we will determine your assigned actions and I will hold you accountable for achieving them. We will also use e-mail to share your accomplishments or to answer quick questions. If something critical arises during the week, you can briefly connect with me by phone, using my toll-free number.

Cost: US $350.00 per set (includes toll free call and three 30-40 minute sessions)

Executive coaching
This coaching is for Executives, Professionals, and Entrepreneurs who benefit from more frequent or longer calls -- including specific management and leadership support, as well as mentoring. The coaching structure will be designed to fit the executive’s needs.

Cost: US $450.00 to $1,000.00 per month

Team/Group coaching
This coaching is for the team or group looking to build their effectiveness and productivity. The coaching is direct and focused on the relationship-system of the group. Most sessions are conducted on-site, with support coaching calls periodically being held on the phone.

Cost: US $4000.00 per one-day, on-site session; US $200.00 per hour support calls

Foundation Session
In our initial session, be it with emerging leaders, executives, or others, we will begin building the foundation for our work together. This includes the following:

1. Pre-session Workbook

2. Initial 90-minute interaction by phone (or in person)

3. PrepProfile© Assessment (optional)

Costs: US $300.00 (without assessment); US $350.00 (with assessment)

Teachable Moment Coaching
There may come a time between scheduled calls where the executive is faced with an issue or action that presents a “teachable moment.” This is where having a full 30-40 minute coaching session is valuable and the Teachable Moment Coaching call comes just in time. It’s your call, 30-40 minutes upon request!

Cost: US $100.00 (includes toll free call)
