Welcome to my .mac web page. My name is Rick Bettencourt rickb@apple.com and I am a Senior System Engineer for Apple Computer. I serve the HigherEd market in Upstate New York.

I am now designing this site, and in the months to come, it will be a place to come for information regarding my projects both at Apple, in the Higher Ed space, and any personal projects I might be toying with.

One project that I am really excited about is a MacOSX/OpenSource-Unix/Windows Small Cluster Sandbox. This will be hosted in my office and I will be playing account availability, networking, VPN, hosting, listserver type games. It will be open to those who want to play, help and/or discuss MacOSX Client and Server.

So please come back and hopefully I will have some real content for you. Until then my public iDisk has some documentation for some of the Apple Hardware and Software product line.
