DRAMA PACKAGE GOING DOWN A STORM - 2nd January

Some of us might have had our New Year
street parties ruined by the storms over Hogmany but IPFs HD
Drama Package was out and about filming in gale force winds
for the BBC. The camera
was subjected to wildly erratic climate conditions, and was
covered with a Portabrace to withstand the horizontal rain
and hail. Having a small camera like this even with the
addition of film lenses and matte box up front is so much
more convenient. Some people might see the size of this
camcorder and start worrying about it, but the HVX200 has and
still is giving me the same and far better results than my
old full-size ENG Camera. This thing is bomb proof all be it
being a tad wetter.
