Job Interview....
Firstly to
begin....
GOD is Good! Amen.
2 mths ago, I got disappointed with this present job and its prospects that I decided to start looking for a new job.
I dropped in my resume with Canon as they were recruiting for Digital Imaging Trainer (domestic market).
Since that was closely related to my previous job in Nikon, I thought I should stand a good chance.
Over the last 2 mths, I waited and waited.....dropped in a few more resumes in the meantime but did not stop to hope and pray for Canon's opening. I was just sharing with Sister Elaine Wan last saturday on this, and we prayed for open doors in various areas.
Then the phone rang while I was driving downtown on monday evening. It was a call from another Elaine, Canon's HR staff. Surprise Surprise.
Not only did I not secured an interview after 2 long mths of waiting, they actually put me up for consideration for Regional Digital Imaging Trainer, that's a match to my previous job in Nikon, and on top of that, It was not a position that was opened for application. I know it was not as there is no such position seen on the recruitment sites or ads.
Praise the Lord!!!
The interview is going to be on 28th September 4pm. Let's pray everything goes on smoothly and I can secure a job that I enjoy again. till then......
