| I am a political
scientist working in the area of
international relations. My research deals with political economy,
domestic-international connections, international relations theory,
trade negotiations and disputes, and the like. I teach courses on
international relations theory, quantitative methods, international
organizations, and political economy.
My Ph.D. is from the University of Washington,
1996. I recently left a position at the University of Utah and am
currently on the job market. Previously I taught at Leiden
University, Netherlands (2004-2007) and at the Maxwell School, Syracuse
University (1996-2004).
