Rachel Olivia Hunter's Origami Page

One of my favorite hobbies is origami. It's great because I can do it indoors. I can do it a little at a time, putting down a model when I'm frustrated or distracted and coming back to it later. I don't get skunk-eyed from staring at my computer screen and playing video games as I might do if I didn't do origami. I have little folded pieces of paper all over my room! Well, I suppose that's one of the drawbacks!! If one has the patience for origami it is quite an interesting and time consuming hobby.

Origami Resources on the Net

I used to read the origami mailing list, origami-l. To subscribe, send an e-mail to: listserv@nstn.ns.ca containing in one line subscribe origami-l.

There are a lot of origami pages out there with pictures of folded models, diagrams, and reccomendations of books. If you are looking for a place to buy origami books, try Amazon.com where you can search the catalog for titles containing "origami" and get back quite a few titles they offer. If you don't want to buy any books, but just want to try out origami, there are lots of diagrams for folding origami models available on the internet.

Links to Diagrams

I need to rebuild this section since all the links are dead...
