I hope this letter would not come as a surprise to you.I would like to have a long term business relationship with you.

My name is Makondi Bosing,the General Manager of Congo Diamond Mining Corporation,Lumumbashi,Congo Democratic Republic (Formerly Zaire) but I am based in Kinsasha,the capital where I head the Government unit of their Cargo& Export.

I wish to inform you that I am a katanga Native here and a member of laurent Kabila's rescue team that ousted Mobutu Sese Seko.I am also an engineer by profession .I AM 48 YEARS OLD.

The reason why I am writing you this letter is to seek your cooperation in recieving some consignment on my behalf that I would send to Europe.

You see for the past 2 months now the Government of Congo has been involved in huge movement of cash overseas through a particular route for top govt officials interest.Most of the cash are in U.S dollars stored in trunk boxes and sealed.The amount vary from U.S$30Million and U.S$50Million based on the size of the box which are normally kept with us in the security arm of Congo Diamond Mining Corporation.The fund originated from Debeers Diamond Company South Africa through private sales arrangement with some top officials in government here.The shipment goes through a diplomatique courier company here and the consignment is marked'African Art' to avoid the eyebrows of European Custom to a holding company in Europe.

All I need is somebody in your capacity to recieve the consignment on behalf once I ship it to the Europeran Holding Security company which shall hand you over the boxes once you provide your passport risk free,for you to secure the money for me in a bank that is secure as I am planning to leave my country Congo to your region with my entire family.I shall give you the papers to validate your role as the owner and the secret code to boxes (2) .Please tell me if it is possible for you to collect the consignment on my behalf and for me to give you all the details .you shall take 30% of the content while I take 60% and 10% shall be used for sundry expenses.

On this note I shall call you to give you the full load down.You cannot call me now but I shall provide you my direct phone number once you agree to help me.I am planning to leave Congo once the consignment is safely in your hands to start a new life in your region.
