The Whiting City Council met in special session November 22, 2006, 5:00
P.M., in the Council
Chambers with Mayor Marr presiding.
Council present: Lyons, Jones, Haack
Public hearing was held on proposal to lease real estate.
Public hearing was opened at 5:01 P.M.
There were no written or oral objections, no one attended
meeting.
Resolution 2006-5. Resolution Approving Proposal To Lease Space On The
Whiting Water
Tower To Long Lines Wireless, LLC For Cellular Antennas For A Period Of
Twenty-Five (25)
Years.
Public hearing was closed at 5:05 P.M.
Motion by Lyons second by Jones to accept Resolution 2006-5.
Roll call vote, all in favor.
Mayor Marr accepted Pat Mattingly's resignation from the City Council.
There being no other business meeting was adjourned by Mayor Marr.
