3rd reading Ordinance 2006-3. An Ordinance Amending The Municipal Code
Of Whiting By Adding
Chapter 14 To Title III Which Chapter Shall Be Entitled “ Residency
Restrictions For Sex Offenders.
Motion by Haack second by Jones to accept 3rd reading Ordinance 2006-3.
Roll call vote, all in favor.
1st reading Ordinance 2006-5. An Ordinance Adding Section 3-5-36 To The
Whiting Municipal
Code And Prohibiting Parking On The East Side Of Shannon Drive From
West Line Of Lot 9
To The South Line Of Lot 10, Whitier Addition, City Of Whiting, Monona
County, Iowa.
Motion by Bock second by Lyons to accept 1st reading Ordinance 2006-5.
Roll call vote, all in favor.
Motion by Jones second by Haack to allow bills to be paid. Carried
