REAL ESTATE DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE

> New families to the Whiting Community School District are eligible

for the assistance.

> The assistance will be approved in conjunction with the approval of a

First mortgage. Contact us for more information.

> The assistance will be in the form of a Second mortgage at a

discounted interest rate as long as the student(s) remain enrolled in the

Whiting Community School District.

> A letter of enrollment must be received from the Whiting Community

School District.

> Repayment of the Second mortgage will be based on the number of

years that the youngest child can be enrolled in the Whiting

Community School District.

> Amount of Assistance:

 $2,500.00 for each K-6 Student

 $1,250.00 for each 7-12 Student

> The assistance cannot exceed $10,000.00 per family.

> The assistance is available as long as funding is available.
