The Whiting City council met in special session March 28,2006, 4:30 P.M., in the City council chambers with Mayor Marr presiding.

Special session called for audit report.

Council present: Lyons,Jones,Haack, Mattingly. Absent: Bock.

Dave Radke, Williams & Co. presented audit report for period ending June 30, 2005.

Motion by Haack second by Lyons to accept audit report as presented. Carried

Motion by Haack second by Mattingly to approve minutes of previous meetings. Carried.

Meeting adjourned by Mayor Marr.
