CITY OF WHITING

COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS

OCTOBER 13, 2008

The Whiting City Council met in special session on Monday, October 13, 2008 in the council chambers. Mayor Tom Marr called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM. Council members present were Pope, Kepner, Haack and Sarrazin. Bird was absent.

After reviewing the bids for sanitary sewer and water main construction in Easton Addition in Whiting, Iowa, motion by Pope and seconded by Sarrazin to accept B & B Services bid. Roll call vote-motion carried unanimously.

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:45PM.
