CITY OF WHITING

COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS

FEBRUARY 6, 2008

The Whiting City Council met in special session on Wednesday, February 6, 2008, 5:00 PM in the council chambers.  Mayor Marr called the meeting to order.  Council members present were Kepner, Haack, Pope and Bird.  Sarrazin absent.

Dave Radke from Williams and Co.  was present and explained and answered questions regarding the budget for 2008/09 and other questions the council had.

Discussion was to raise residential water and sewer rates to accommodate for the increasing costs.  Will discuss further at the March council meeting.

Sarrazin entered the meeting at 5:55 PM. 

Haack left meeting at 6:05 PM.

Council was asked if they had anymore questions and Sarrazin was brought up on the discussion of the meeting.

Mayor Marr adjourned the meeting at 6:10 PM.
