| Beyond the barrier is Haema's "getaway" from mommy being able to get her (since she doesn't like to climb the ladder) You enter her room and see a stunning foam matress 2 inches thick... what a resort! one light for reading and her bedsheets, its all u ever needed. |
Ma's description - We've started cooking. I brought some Indian spices and lentils. I haven't yet found a store selling chappati flour although you get most of the other Indian stuff. I usually frequent an Afghani store that has all sorts of Indian grocery and Indian DVDs - we watched Devdas on my laptop - it was COOL! :) (I thought i'd keep one of ma's descriptions) |

Its a sofa no it's a bed what is it? It's a SOFBED! or a futon if u prefer. Ignore the body lying there. U can see the one window that brings in the breeze, light, and ventilation to the place. Outside u have a lovley view of a gas station. And u can hear the conversations at night. The majority of the people here speak English so we can get by. This room is like a 2 in 1 deal. U may notice the sloping roof. This ceiling gets a nice 3 or 4 thuds a day from our heads. So ull see us w/ big bumps.
