The Kroam theme contains over 500 icons, essentially all applications currently available for the iPhone. The theme is constantly updated as new applications become available.
Kroam is a SummerBoard theme and therefore requires SummerBoard to be installed. It is compatible with all iPhone firmware versions that run SummerBoard.
The Kroam theme is installed here:
When uninstalling Kroam, the Kroam theme folder is removed from the SummerBoard Themes folder.
Yes, you can by following these instructions:
1. SSH or otherwise access your iPhone and navigate to ~/Library/AlohaSoft (if the AlohaSoft folder is not present, create it)
2. Inside the AlohaSoft folder, create a folder called "Kroam" and in there create one or two folders (depending on what you want to modify): "Root" and/or "Icons". After this you should have this folder structure:
3. Now put whatever pngs you want to transfer into those folders. The "Root" folder may contain "Wallpaper.png", "Dock.png", "MiniDock.png", and/or "StatusBar.png". The "Icons" folder may contain any icon that you want (it can be an alternative icon from another theme that you prefer over the Kroam variant or an icon for an application for which no icon exists yet).
That's it. Now whenever the theme is updated, these custom images will be copied into the SummerBoard theme and replace the originals.
Yes, AlohaSoft hosts many more graphics packages. Previews of all packages can be found here:
