To Register this year, all players will need to submit a USA Rugby CIPP form and a Medical Release form

CIPP Form

This year we are going to submit everyone's USA Rugby registration as a team. To do this we need each player to fill out the CIPP (down load here). The dues ($55/player) includes $30 for national registration. Each player/parent must sign a waiver of release (back of the CIPP form)

Medical Release Form

In addition to the USA Rugby registration below, all players will need to complete a Medical Release form (down load here) and turn it in to one of the coaches.
