Apocalyptic photographs...
I regard these images as "outstanding". I took them
in a French field.
We'd been warned that there was an approaching horage and that we should turn off the electricity, close all the shutters, and unplug the phone. Weirdly the storm appeared to miss us - it rained a bit, then stopped, then rained a bit again, then stopped again. That was it for us, but when we went to the end of the garden and looked across the field, we could see lightning leaping about in around 90 percent of the whole horizon, and this...
