RimbaudMusic.com offers the poetry of Arthur Rimbaud set to contemporary music as written and performed by Rene Caron.

There is a wide audience for the notorious escapades of artists like Rimbaud. This site is concerned with the actual work of Rimbaud:  the poems and prose.  The goal is to bring Rimbaud's poems, loosely translated from the French, to a broader English audience. Music can be downloaded or listened to online in our listening gallery

RimbaudMusic began in 1992 when Caron first discovered the poetry of the wild child Rimbaud. The project is ongoing. For those interested in the development of the pieces, a developmental history by the composer is included with each song.
