`Propane Fueled Firestick`

A few years back my cousin built me a propane fueled firestick that I used to start wood in a barrel style BBQ pit. You could use it to light even wet wood. When I got my Egg I found it would light lump in minutes. I have taken some pictures of it unassembled so that you can see how it was made. All you need is a gas valve, some gas connectors, copper pipe, a burner tip and a little imagination. I am sure there are many variations that could be used to make something similar.

Gas on/off valve between two pieces of copper pipe. One leads to tip/pipe and the other connects to gas line.

`Stainless steel tube with holes drilled for air mixture slides over the burner assembly. Screw on end of tube locks it down to assembly in front of on/off valve.`
