Sue came home with a bag of prime filet mignon. A dash of
Italian and bacon were added and the die was cast for a fine dining
experience.
The coals were brought up to proper fiery consistency. Flames
were shooting out the vent so I closed it down briefly to bring
things under control.
I placed the grill up higher than standard position using
two fire bricks as it looked way too hot down there. Threw on
the pricey fare and the sizzling dance began.
I flipped at about four minutes and had to stand back as the
bacon drippings met the inferno below. Closed the top for another
four or five minutes and let fire do its magic.
Dinner was served and I had eaten half my steak before I remembered
to take a picture of the delicious results of my labors. Ummm...
life is good...
