Outdoor Ceramics and Sculpture Exhibition
Jonathan Garratt F.R.S.A is an established potter and garden designer and his
distinctive, witty and inspirational "Garden Punctuation" installations have
been a regular and popular feature in all our previous garden exhibitions. His
moveable installations enliven vegetation, and provide a humorous and
decorative foil to all outdoor spaces.
Originally trained as a blacksmith, sculptor and printmaker Richard Watkins is
making a new piece specifically for this event. In addition to a growing
reputation of his own, he has collaborated with both of his parents, David
Watkins and Wendy Ramshaw, two of Britain's most distinguished sculptors
and jewellers, with design and fabrication on several important commissions,
eg for the Victoria and Albert Museum and Clare College, Cambridge.
