About the Gallery

While best known as an expert in contemporary British sculptural ceramics, Maureen Michaelson has had two decades experience in many areas of contemporary and applied arts.

The gallery policy is to exhibit artists of international standing within a domestic environment believing this to be an ideal setting for the artists it represents. Known mainly for sculptural ceramics, we also exhibit pottery, jewellery, metal, and furniture. The gallery mounts an annual garden sculpture exhibition, and arranges domestic commissions in all fields of applied arts.

In the past, the gallery was well known for its exhibits at the London Contemporary Art Fair held every year at the Business Design Centre. Prior to this, Maureen Michaelson exhibited in several other international art fairs with her previous gallery, Michaelson & Orient.
