However, check with Ray to be sure. (see below for contact info) Two (2) Other Packages Are Available, with or without Meals.

Because of the interest in this Workshop, you are encouraged to register as soon as you can. The Workshop is limited to only 30 people and a Reserved Registration is on a first come, first paid, first reserved basis. We do not take reservations without payment. Each applicant must submit the Registration Application Form or the information it requests, along with a check for the full amount of the pricing package selected. Registrations with full payment will be accepted until the capacity of the Workshop is reached. You may email me anytime to be sure there is still space available with your choice of options.

NOTE: Must be 18 years old minimum to attend and/or register!

How To Register with Your Payment :

Step 1: Select Pricing Package
Choose which Pricing Package you want, with or without Course book, lodging and/or meals.

Step 2: Contact Ray by email or telephone (978-475-8435).
Before you send payment, first check with me that the Pricing Package of your choice is still available, especially with lodging.
Once we have confirmed your Package of choice is available, we will then hold a temporary reservation for you for 7 days while you mail in your Registration Form and check - but no longer. You will have to contact me again if you miss the deadline. Remember, it is first paid, first reserved.

Step 3: Send Registration Form and Full Payment to Obtain a Reservation
Registration Form:
The Registration Application Form, and/or the data required from it, must be sent to me with your check. Even though you may, you do not have to send/email the form when asking us if space is available for a temporary reservation of 7 days, but you should always include a signed copy of the form with your check.

Payment:
US Citizen Payment
• Send a personal check or money order for the full amount of the chosen Package to the address below. Please, no partial payments. Make the check out to Raymond Sprague or William B. Simmons. Confirmation of your reservation will be made by e-mail or telephone upon our acceptance of the check and your information. If after 7 days we have not received your check in full, your temporary 7 day reservation will be canceled and you must contact me again to see if space is still available.

Non-US Citizen and/or Payment from a Foreign Bank.
• Payment from non-US Registrants must be made either from a US Checking Account, a Foreign Bank Check in US dollars or by a Bank Transfer in US dollars. There is an additional $16 fee for a Bank Transfer transaction on my end. Contact me by email to arrange either of the latter two methods of payment. I will send you the instruction for your bank on how to do this.

	Reservation Legal Information For You. Reservations for the Maine Pegmatite Workshop and your choice of Reservation Package will be handle by Raymond Sprague, Coordinating Director for the Workshop. Checks must be made out to Raymond Sprague or William B. Simmons. No Registration will be accepted until full payment by check or money order (in U.S. Currency) is received and confirmed by the Maine Pegmatite Workshop. We will confirm your reservation at that time by email or telephone. Temporary Reservations are good for only 7 days, then canceled if your check has not arrived. Sorry, we do not have the capability of accepting credit cards. Request a receipt at anytime. You may upgrade your reservation Package at any time before or during the Workshop, as long as the services are available. Cancellation of a confirmed Paid Reservation prior to and including April 30, 2009 will receive a full refund. Cancellation of a confirmed Paid Reservation on or after May 1, 2009 is subject to a 20% cancellation charge - the balance is returned to you. Cancelation of the current Workshop due to low registration and/or situations beyond our control is always a possibility. If this ever happened, and it hasn't yet, a full refund of your registration will be made to you, with our apologies! Note: There are no refunds for days missed (partial or whole) or if you leave the Workshop earlier then your Package time interval.
