| Choose your Workshop Pricing Package! The Maine Pegmatite Workshop and Poland Mining Camps have jointly prepared three primary pricing packages to fit your needs. Everything is included for one price, but your options are dependent upon your lodging, meals, and Course Book requirements! There is no day rate for the Workshop. All Packages are for 7 days and eight nights. All single numbered Pricing Packages listed below (1-3) include the Workshop Course Book, notepad and pens, coffee breaks, mine fees, all functions and social events in the evenings for the week, insurance coverage, all sales taxes and extras. There are no additional or hidden costs! All number-letter Pricing Packages listed below (1a-3a), include everything but the Workshop Course Book. If you already have this book and do not want another copy, select this option/price on the registration form. If you are not eating with us, but would like to purchase the optional bag lunch, see the note under the prices of Options 3(a)*. Note: All arrangements are made through the Maine Pegmatite Workshop, and payments to Raymond Sprague. There are no refunds for days missed (partial or whole), or if you leave earlier then your Package time interval. |

| Package 1 : With Lodging, Meals & Course Book - $1002.00 † Package 1a: With Lodging, Meals, but Without Course Book $943.00 † If you choose to lodge at PMC during the Workshop, all of your meals are included. At the Pavilion, there will be a buffet breakfast, then a bag lunch for the Field Trip Classes and then back to Camp for the evening meal. We can guarantee you will enjoy the food and there will be a few gastronomic surprises during the week! Each cabin also has it’s own kitchen if you want to stock you favorite snacks! Included in the Lodging & Meals Package 1 is the Workshop Registration fee, your lodging for seven (8) nights, three meals a day, social events, access/mine fees to all quarries, Insurance coverage during your stay and some surprises. Your package starts at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 29th, and expires at 9:00 AM Saturday, June 6th. Check out is by 11:00 AM. † Additioanlly, anyone who has signed up for lodging and meals, and wishes to stay over Saturday night, there will be an additional charge payable to Poland Mining Camps of $75.00 per person. You can book that reservation with me though, and send in a separate check made out to Poland Mining Camps with your Workshop Registration. Then your Package expires at 8:00 AM Sunday, June 7th. | Package 2 : Meals Only, & Course Book - $755.00 Package 2a: Meals Only, Without Course Book $696.00] Those of you who live locally, use a Motel or won’t be staying at PMC, but would still like to take your meals at PMC, there is a special pricing package just for you. Included in the Meals, No Lodging Package 2 is the Workshop Registration fee, three meals a day, social events, access/mine fees to all quarries, Insurance coverage during your stay and some surprises. The last meal is Friday's bag lunch. Your package starts at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 29th, and expires at 9:00 AM Saturday, June 6th. | |
| Package* 3 : No Meals, No Lodging, with Course Book - $538.00 Package* 3a: No Meals, No Lodging, Without Course Book $479.00 Those of you who live locally, and won’t be staying or taking your meals at PMC, but just want to attend the Workshop, there is a special pricing package just for you. Included in the No Meals, No Lodging Package 3 is the Workshop Registration fee, social & coffee events, access/mine fees to all quarries, Insurance coverage during your stay and some surprises. Your package starts at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 29th, and expires at 5:00 PM on Friday, June 5th. • Bag Lunch Option for Field Trips: Sandwich, chips, fruit, drink, dessert, sales tax included: $7.00 per day. Add $49.00 to this Package Price. |
