| If Lodging has sold out at Poland Mining Camps, and/or you prefer another lodging option, this is the page you want. Once the lodging capacity of Poland Mining Camps (PMC) cabins is sold out, there are only a few other lodging options available for a registrant - camping or a motel. Conversely, since the atmosphere at Poland Mining Camps is rustic, you may wish to stay in another environment of your choosing. Below you will find the recommended lodging alternatives to Poland Mining Camps in the immediate area. We have had experiences with other facilities in the area which we cannot recommend, but we have found these options below to be your best deal for price, service and/or cleanliness. If you choose to camp at Poland Mining Camps as an alternative, please e-mail us for further details about this option and to arrange this choice. You will need a reservation for this option and the cost will be added to your Pricing Package choice. The other alternative lodging arrangements listed below will be your responsibility to organize and pay for. We do not have any arrangements with any of them. Their web site will explain all you need to know. We will be happy to assist you and explain our experience with these businesses if we can. |

| Camping | Camping arrangements can be made through the Workshop if you do not mind roughing it to save a little money. We have set aside two locations on the PMC Campus for camping. With a reservation, you may tent for the week. You may not have a campfire. There is one bathroom and shower available, and it can be crowded if others are camping also. The price for this service will be added to the non-lodging pricing package of your choice. | Canceled |

| Motel | Inn Town Motel - web site 58 Paris Street, Norway, ME 04268 Tel: 800-227-8770 or 207-743-7706 email - info@inntownmotelmaine.com Located 15 minutes away, it is the closest Motel with the best price. In Norway, Maine, we travel past this motel almost every day and we recommend them highly. Easy to find and very clean, it is your best bet for a motel room. If you would like to team up with a roommate to lower the day rate, let me know and I will try to arrange this. I believe they still have free coffee and donuts in the morning also. There is a commercial rate (for traveling business people) if you qualify. All arrangements, reservations and payment is solely your responsibility. | Hotel / Inn | Poland Springs Resort Inn - web site 41 Ricker Road, Poland Spring, Maine 04274 Reservations 207-998-4351 email - Polandspring@pivot.net This is a full resort Inn, 3-4 miles south of Poland Mining Camps. More expensive then anyplace else, it does offer the convenience of being closer to our venue. Normally the room rates include two meals a day, but they would not give a room rate without meals. The rates on their web site are for double occupancy and they charge more for weekends. You have to bring your own towels, soap, and room glasses, and there are no phones in the rooms. Some of their cheaper facilities (Motor Court) may not be open during the Workshop. Still, it is a very nice place to stay.
