This specimen was discovered by Charlie Bragg of Maine, at the Orchard Pit, Buckfield, Maine and the current owner of the specimen, Ron Larrivee, commissioned the art work in 2004. Fred is seen here delivering the original painting while Ron holds the crystal. It is special events and specimens like this that make the Workshop so worthwhile. Very few people ever get the opportunity to see historical material and events like this. The Workshop strives to make these things happen! |
