Terms pertain to prizes run with competitions as well as general everyday running.
1. A fifty pound non-refundable deposit is required when booking.
2. To qualify for the 10% discount order must be £200 or over. This offer stands alone and cannot be used with any other offers. If you are not sure ask.
3. A non-refundable one of charge of £50 to cover all sample card, design time etc is needed if you are going for your own unique style design.
4. Please don’t ask us to copy any design perfectly as this is infringement of copyright and is a criminal offense.
5. All designs are owned by E.M.A design and cards and any copying or theft of design will result in legal action being taken.
6. To qualify for your own unique design please contact us a minimum of 6 months prior to your wedding date or a £20 sur-charge will apply.
7. If you are getting married in less than 3 months from contact date the unique design service is not available
8. All information is treated with the strictest confidence and will not be passed onto any third party or kept after your wedding date has passed. All information is then shredded.
9. Account must be settled in full before or on the day of final delivery with no exceptions.
10. Sorry we do not send out sample packs due to people stealing or copying designs.
11. Once the date of your wedding has passed we reserve the right to include your design in our range of styles.
12. Value of prize is non-transferable between customers.
13. Reply cards are not free with evening invitations.
14. Please don't ask us to order materials for you so you can copy our designs.
