A significant event for India. The National Design Policy Debate has been set in motion. The key framework will be launched by Shri Kamal Nath, Minister in the Manmohan Singh government on 8 & 9th December 2004 at the Design Summit to be held at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.
