Pyramids
This was my thesis work for my master of fine arts degree at the University of Idaho, Moscow, in 2002. I was influenced by Egyptian, Mesoamerican and Chinese pyramids. I created the pyramids in a layout of the stars of the constellation Southern Cross. The Egyptian pyramids at Giza are thought to have been laid out to align with the stars of Orion's Belt (Osiris). I did this because people would ask me about how it was to live in New Zealand and that they wanted to see the Southern Cross. So I made one you can see in this hemisphere. If you use Google Earth you can see them 6 miles north of Moscow, Idaho.
