DL/SL7 in Emergenza contest 1/6/06 at Lee's



The first weekend of the New Year we'll be starting in an exciting contest, Emergenza, which is a world-wide battle of the bands. http://www.emergenza.net/eng/default.asp The ultimate winners play a huge festival in Europe.

The show is Friday night, Jan 6th at Lee's Liquor Lounge in Minneapolis. 9:30 pm. http://www.leesliquorlounge.com

There are 8 bands on that night. We're on second, for one, 25-minute set. Blink and you'll miss us. 5 minute turn-around between bands. (Just to see them pull that off should be worth the price of admission! :-)  ) 4 of the 8 bands will advance, and in these initial rounds, bands move on by a show of hands. Everyone who comes is encouraged to vote as often as you like. But obviously having friendly fans makes a big difference. So we would really appreciate it if you could come help us out that night, and bring friends!

Advance tickets are $10. (I don't know what they are at the door.) I have advance tix available if you want. Just let me know how many and we'll get those to you.
