| I think I am not a patient guy. I can't endure people who don't try to solve their problem before asking for help. When I have problem or don't understand something, I try to figure it out by myself first. Still can't solve it, then I call for help. Tonight, a customer (actually he isn't a real customer. He just asks and asks. OH, he bought an ipod from me.) asked my whether there is a playlist feature in Quicktime or not. He asked the same question last night, but I didn't answer him then. I thought this is not to difficult to find it out. You just go to the versiontracker website and type "playlist" in the search bar. Then, you get the answer. But lazy people never die. After 24 hours long, he just couldn't do such a easy thing. Lukily, I am about to leave the position and get rid of these. |
