Expose this biatch...


As you have read from the rest of the band... the show sucked at ovation. I am not going to go into details but... I would just like to give a nice big "F-YOU" to exposure and their money hungry asses.

"Oh, we are this great group that gets bands together for a cool little show". Those are the words they sell. It should really sound something more like:

"Hello, we are a group of money hungry assholes who would like to take thousands of dollars from your band and your friends so you can play in a giant tin can of a venue that is an hour away and sounds terrible for about 10 minutes. We would also like to inform you that this is all just so that we can gain tens of thousands of dollars from you sorry bitches. One more thing, we don't pick winners, we pick the band that is best friends with the announcer and who can scream the loudest."

Surely if they advertised themselves like that we would have replied to our invitation to the battle with a big "PISS OFF"

Anyway, we are not being sore losers because we lost or anything, because we all went in there knowing that they were going to pick the band that could scream the loudest and longest. We are just informing everyone that the little company known as "exposure" is just a fake, they are a group of organized thieves. The moral of the story is... if you have a band and get invited to play a show for exposure, just please don't do it (unless your band has no idea what music is and strums power-chords up the ass while screaming, in that case sign up immediately because your band will win their mediocre prize).

Weekend of music


This weekend was great. It started with Friday night when we played another open mic night at McCarthy. That went even better than the first one thanks to luis' brand amp, and his brand new chord for "drowning" (jk). After this we all went out to the oasis and spotted an amazing grand piano. Luis decided that he MUST play it, so we actually performed a "taken away" piano version right there in the mall. Kris (the best band/video man on the planet) caught some video of that happening, I will post that online once I get the tapes.

Saturday was TASTE OF CHAOS, well at least for James and I. It was great fun. Pau decided she wanted to go crowd surfing. I love when people like to try new things, even if it puts me through hell trying to help them out. Sunday was pretty fun, JAMES' BIRTHDAY! Next time you see him make sure you give him a nice CASH present so that he can buy a new bass please! PLEASE!

We were planning on playing at his little birthday get together, but bobby had to go to a concert... geesh. Anyway, Curly's party was fun... even though I got a little annoyed at the end from an undisclosed reason. Whatever, I am not even mad anymore.... I am over it. I have realized that some people are different and they are on a different page than you are when it comes to some things, but if you care for them enough you will adjust and you will turn the page to read the same lines that they are reading.

Happy Valentines Day 2

And this song was for her, and now you guys can check it out. I will re-record it when i get better equipment, for now its just crappy sounding. Variety Show


Well, today I signed up the band for an audition for my school's variety show. The audition is next week on Feb. 15th. We will most definitely make it and I will let you know when the actual show is later and all the other details. For now, just know that we are most likely gonna be in Cypress Bay's Variety Show.

Ticket Sales


Wow, it aint easy to sell these tickets. We have a show on Feb 26th at Club Ovation in Boynton Beach. This is going to be the biggest show we have played to date. I have already sold 7 tickets myself and the other guys have already sold some as well. If you want to go to the show just comment on this post or get tickets from someone that you know who is selling them.

On another note, I am developing a little forum where you fans will be able to post comments on the band and suggestions or whatever you want to say! We know you guys will love to comment about us and have a little say on our website. I will let you know when that is up. Well, Im out!

The Hero Speaks...


Thats right biatch. This is Petie and I am just making a little post here because this is gonna be the new kool place to be. This little journal that I have now been working on for like flippin' 4 hours is all personal shit, its not like we have to be all GramatiKaLLy Korrekt and stuff, we just post whatever is on our damn minds! Anyway, I guess Luis codenamed me as "The Hero".... I like it.
