Here are my running goals for
2006:
1.) Run 3000 K for the year
2.) Never have a week in which I have run fewer than four days
3.) Run at least two marathons and three other races
4.) Begin an ultramarathon training program (for the Jan 2007 Miyakojima 100K race)
