Welcome

Dear colleagues and friends,

We cordially invite you to attend the 18th Meeting of the International Society for Evolutionary Protistology (ISEP XVIII), which is held on 2-7 July in 2010 at the Ishikawa Prefectural Museum of Art in Kanazawa City, Japan.

The meetings of ISEP are held every two years providing a terrific venue for junior and senior protistologists to present their own outstanding research on evolutionary protistology and to learn about cutting-edge advances in the field. The ISEP XVIII is the first ISEP meeting held in Asia and we are pleased to have the meeting in one of the most beautiful, traditional and historical cities in Japan, Kanazawa.

We look forward to welcoming you, in particular young students, in Kanazawa during the ISEP XVIII.

On behalf of the organizing committee

Hiroshi Endoh
