We believe that K-12 education often confuses leadership with management and supervision. It is our belief that leadership is about inspiring others to do what they think is impossible.
Our approach to leadership development is unique because we develop leaders from the inside out. We believe there is a leader in each of us and that the leadership journey is a very personal one. Take this journey, not for yourself; but for a purpose larger than yourself, our children and our world.
We work with individuals to sharpen their leadership effectiveness. Together, we create a learning path that focuses on developing your unique gifts to produce results that exceed your expectations.
Leadership practices and coaching insure that new skills are applied daily.
We work with teams to improve their effectiveness. Is there a clear vision? Are team members aligned to the vision? Is there sufficient trust among team members to work together productively? Do team members honor their commitments? How well does the team handle change? Are there unstated complaints?
In our view, there is no more important mission than to educate our children and to educate them well. Our world is experiencing important changes and in order for our children to live satisfying and productive lives we must educate them in new ways. This transformation in teaching and learning will take effective and "transformative" leadership, at all levels.
We offer ourselves, in service, to those who are willing to walk the path of the leader.
