About Software Updates
Evoy & Associates is pleased to provide our Canadian
clients with file download links for the last update of the previous version of
PowerCADD products and the lastest update of the current shipping version
of PowerCADD products. All updates are prepared by Engineered Software
(authors of PowerCADD) and tested by Evoy & Associates prior
to posting here for download.
Before downloading, please check the
version of PowerCADD that you have installed to be sure that you do need to
download an update.
How Do I Find The Downloadable Updates: Click HereThe
downloadable Updates are found on PowerCADD's dotMac File Sharing page. The
File Sharing page is organized into distinct "a la carte" categories. Each
version is listed separately as distinct "version" folders. To view the
contents of each version folder while at the File Sharing page, click on it's
name. To download a file click on the download arrow icon at the right side,
opposite the name of the download that you wish.

For example:
If your PowerCADD v6 does not match
this version number, you would need to download the last posted version of
PowerCADD 6 found in the PowerCADD 6 folder.
• version: 6.2.1
• build: EE17
• released: May 26, 2005
•
If you have licensed PowerDWG 6, you would need to
download the last posted version of PowerDWG 6 found in the
PowerDWG6 folder in the
PowerCADD 6 folder to ensure
compatibility with PowerCADD 6.2.1.
If you have licensed
WildTools 7, you would also need to download the last posted version of
WildTools 7 found in the
WildTools7 folder in the
PowerCADD 6
folder to ensure compatibility with PowerCADD 6.2.1. As WildTools is
"localized" to run with all international versions of PowerCADD, both English
and French users can and should download the same WildTools
file.
Note: Do not rely on the Finders Get Info dialog to confirm
your version number for PowerCADD. There are times when the Version Numbers
as displayed by the Get Info dialog are not up to date and do not match the
Version and Build Numbers displayed using the PowerCADD Profile Dialog. Always
use the PowerCADD Profile menu item to confirm what version you have
installed.
