Train crash in Osaka
I'm sure most of you read yesterday of the train
crash outside Osaka. The New York Times has a
piece analyzing the root cause of the incident, from a cultural
perspective. I loved that train, because it was much more interesting to ride a
train than it was to take a plane from Tokyo to
Osaka.
My heart goes out to the victims and their families.

OK, I know this is a weird time to bring this up,
but why can't we get a good train system in Austin?
